Rising 5 Admissions - September 2018
The admissions process for Holy Family Catholic School is part of the Coventry Local Authority co-ordinated admissions scheme. Please apply using the school admission process of the local authority in which you live. The process for Coventry LA is as follows:
The online facility for school admissions for September 2018 will be available from 1st September 2017 until 15th January 2018.
Please click on the link below to complete your application online. You will be informed of the outcome on 16th April 2018 by email.
Important: Please remember if your child is a Baptised Catholic we must have a copy of the Baptism Certificate prior to 15th January 2018. If you do not have this please contact your Parish Priest. If this evidence is not received Governors will rank your child as non-Catholic.

Primary School in-year admission and transfers
An application can be made for a place for a child at any time outside the normal admissions round. However please note if there are no places available your child's name will be added to our waiting list. Applications should be made by contacting Coventry local authority's School Admission Team who will liaise with the school's Governing Body regarding any applications submitted.

Nursery Admissions - September 2018-2019
Application forms for Nursery places for 2018/2019 have been available to download since 2nd October 2017, and also from the School Office. The closing date was 15th January 2018. Please note parents must apply for a Reception place in the same way as parents of children not attending the Nursery.
A copy of the Admissions Policy can also be provided upon request by contacting the school office.
Appeals Timetable - In Year Admissions
Parents who wish to appeal against the decision of the Governing Body to refuse their child a place in school should make that appeal request in writing to the Chair of Governors at the school address. Appeals will be heard by an independent panel.
