Meet the Staff
Year 5 have been so reverent during our Month of the rosary. Thank you to all the children who have led so beautifully - these are just a couple of examples.
European Day of Languages 2020!
On Friday 25th September, Year 5 celebrated European day of lanuages by travelling to France for the day!
We learned to say some basic phrases, said our prayers in French, counted in French, tasted some yummy brioche bread and played traditional french games as our PE lesson.
It was tres bien! We had a lot of fun and hope you enjoy looking at these memories with your children. Perhaps they could tell you some of what they learned on the day.
In case you missed it, a famous children's poet, Joshua Seigal chose some year 5 Haiku to publish on his blog!
The children worked really hard on these and although he couldn't publish them all he was very impressed.
Well done year 5 - Haiku Heroes!!!

Year 5 have had a lovely first day back. It has been a pleasure having them back in the classroom!
We are starting PE next week so your child will need to wear their PE kit into school on Monday and Tuesday.
A reminder of the PE kit:
Navy jumper (preferably with logo but not essential)
Yellow T-shirt (with school logo)
Navy tracksuit bottoms
Children can wear their own trainers
We are looking forward to a wonderful (and hopefully more normal) school year!
