The admissions process for Holy Family Catholic School is part of the Coventry Local Authority co-ordinated admissions scheme.  Please apply using the school admission process of the local authority in which you live.  The process for Coventry LA is as follows:

The online facility for school admissions for September 2024 will be available from 1st September 2023 until 15th January 2024.

Please click on the link below to complete your application online.  You will be informed of the outcome on 16 April 2023 by email or parents who have submitted a paper application will be informed by letter on 18 April 2024.

Important:  Please remember if your child is a Baptised Catholic we must have a copy of the Baptism Certificate prior to 15 January 2024.  If you do not have this please contact your Parish Priest.  If this evidence is not received Governors will rank your child as non-Catholic.

We will be offering show round's  of the school on Thursday 5th October & Tuesday  10th October at 3.45pm. Please call the school office if you would like to attend.

The ethos of this school is Catholic.  Whenever there are more applications than places available, priority will be given to Catholic children in accordance with the oversubscription criteria shown in our policy.  If you have any questions please contact the school.

An application can be made for a place for a child at any time outside the normal admissions round.  However please note if there are no places available your child's name will be added to our waiting list.  Applications should be made by contacting Coventry local authority's School Admission Team who will liaise with the school's Governing Body regarding any applications submitted.

Appeals In-Year Admissions

Parents who wish to appeal against the decision of the Governing Body to refuse their child a place in school should make that appeal request in writing to the Chair of Governors at the school address.  Appeals will be heard by an independent panel.
