Nursery Admissions - September 2024

Please enter your application information below with the relevant text boxes.  We ask if you could please supply a copy of your child's birth certificate to forms@holyfamily.coventry.sch.uk. 

Places are allocated in accordance with our Nursery policy.  Our nursery policy can be viewed by clicking on the link below.

Closing date for applications: 15th January 2024.

Admission will be decided by a panel of Governors.  Governors will allocate places in February 2024.

  If you are experiencing difficulties filling in the electronic form, please contact the school office and we can issue you with a paper copy.

Nursery 2024.2025 Admission Policy 

A copy of the Admissions Policy can also be provided via email upon request by contacting the school office.

We have limited number of 30hr funded places available each year which are allocated to qualifying parents in accordance with our nursery admission policy.  Please specifiy below if you would like to be considered for a 30hr place.  We will ask for your 30hr entitlement code once your place has been confirmed.
